My experience enables me to offer effective individualised psychological care. Expertise working in a number of different areas, including but not limited to anxiety, depression and stress. I provide a safe, neutral and confidential space to talk through challenges and find solutions.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. I will listen to your concerns, develop an individualised treatment plan and establish goals for us to work towards together.
I offer both short and long term sessions, depending on client need.
